Here is our updated refund policy:

If you are using an annual subscription, you will have 1 week to receive a full refund after your payment is processed. If you do not reach out in the allotted time, we will not issue a refund.

In the case of the monthly subscription, you will have 72 hours allotted to reach out and ask for a full refund after your payment is processed. We will not issue a refund if you don’t ask for a refund within the allotted time.

You can also cancel your account anytime, simply by reaching out to our customer support or sending an email at xyz@mytruetraffic.com directly.

If you feel that you are facing a different problem, other than the ones stated above, please provide us with the following information, and we will gladly have a look at your request.

  1. The email address associated with your MyTrueTraffic account
  2. A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
