Multiple campaigns with Duplicate on-site URLs = No Display :(

The notifications will not pop up properly if there are multiple campaigns set to be displayed on the same webpage.

In this case, where multiple campaigns share a single Display URL, MyTrueTraffic will automatically default to display only the first campaign's conversions.

Thus, we suggest that you must make multiple campaigns with different display URLs better to optimize the MyTrueTraffic pixel’s functioning on your website :)

This issue can be fixed, but how?

To fix the issue, make sure that separate URLs are set up to display different campaigns. This means that multiple campaigns cannot be set up on the same webpage.

To avoid the issue, these solutions will help you operate properly :)

Solution 1

Keep in mind that in campaign 1, multiple notification types must be activated. It will prove to be the best way to enable a Webpage to display multiple notification types.

Solution 2

Individual campaigns can also be displayed on several URLs. You just will have to ensure that there is no Display overlapping with another campaign.
